Terms of Use

When you buy or download our theme(s) from the HubSpot marketplace, you'll receive all the theme source files directly on your portal.

Just remember, each purchase is only valid for the portal where you bought it.

If you want to use the theme on more than one portal, you'll need to buy or download it separately for each one.

Things you can do

1. Once you purchase or download the theme, you're allowed to use it on all the domains within your portal.
2. If you want to customize the theme, you can create a child theme by extending the original theme's folder. This allows you to make changes without altering the main theme.
3. Use the theme as your website foundation and develop new elements/features/modules extending the theme.

Things you can't do

1. Migrate/Clone theme into a different HubSpot portal.
   HubSpot disables the option/feature to migrate purchased themes to another portal. 
2. You can't redistribute or resell our themes in any form.
