    It is always not possible to define exact Project scope and requirements at the initial stage. Time and Material model is best suitable for these types of Projects. Based on requirements and Timeline of project, we suggest number of resources required for project and clients are billed hourly basis in this model.
  • Fixed Cost
    When Project requirements are fixed in advance, fixed cost project engagement model provides better ROI to the client. Under this model, we agree upon the fixed cost of the project before starting the work and then we deliver as per the defined timeline for the Project.
  • Dedicated Team
    If the client already has a technical team which needs to be extended then this model works best for the client. We assign dedicated resources as per the client needs who work directly under the guidance of the client.
